Shouldn't the father have rights in the matter also? Is there any way a father can force the mother to keep the child, then take over custody once it is born?

I think the father should have a right to have a say. It takes two to make a baby, and I think the two should have equal rights to all decisions. If the female does not want the child, she can turn over custody to the father and go own her way. If the father has no right to keep his child from being killed, he needs to be able to file murder charges against the mother. Guess that makes more women murders ,than men.

Good question!! That's what Iv'e always wondered. If they would call it what it is (killing a baby) instead of making it just sound like a mission gone bad (aborted the plan) maybe people, including pregnant women, would come to view it differently. It's a sorry, tired old argument "It's my body etc--- because that baby is a separate little being, dependent on the mothers body to protect and nurture it until it is ready to meet the world. Even if the father didn't want it, there are plenty of people that would love to have these unwanted babies. If this isn't true--Why did Scott Peterson get tried and found guilty of double murder?

The father and mother should have equal rights to decide on an abortion because both of them will be responsible for the outcome whether or not the abortion will not or will be pushed through.

The father is not so responsible as a mother do, In fact mother is only a person who has the rights on her baby(s). You know, father just can image the baby since it generate. But the mother can feel it. She is the one who has rights to decide about abortion.

hmm tell you what Matt .. I will give you my 100% support .. WHEN a man can get pregnant and go through child birth himself.. UNTIL that time .. I have to support the decision the woman makes .. whether that is To have the child .. adopt the child out or abort...

IF you want to FORCE a woman to go through a pregnancy .. make sure you have sex with one that shares your View in the first place then there won't be an issue WILL THERE?

Good point. The feminazi war machine that is the court system believes that sexism and fascism are good things, and supports them wholeheartedly in matters such as this.

The feminazis only preach against bigotry and sexism when they are not in control.

The court system promotes sexism in every aspect of "family" law. Its for this reason that providing food, clothing, rent/mortgage, school supplies, etc. is not considered by the courts as supporting a child. Things like this are considered "gifts" by the feminazi courts. By only accepting cold hard cash, this money can be used to further promote their hatred and bigotry.

Legally no. You are making the assumption that the fetus is a "child"--and legally it is not--it is a part of the mother's body.

Your personal religious beliefs may be otherwise (and that's fine)--but the Constitution does not allow anyone to use the force of law to compel others to act in accordance with their religious beliefs.

The Abortion Industrial Complex has propagandized people into thinking there is a "right" to infanticide.
