i opened hutch teleshop in nov 2006 in pitampura, i paid sum of rs 25000 as security amt, due to sealing hues that were spread all over delhi in feb 07 i had to close down my shop and i surrendered the teleshop, returning all their equipments and setteling all thier dues. i was asked to wait for the security amt for some month. i waited but got no response. now my plea is unheared. there is no sit or no. dealing with complaints of huch dealers of venders. costumer care people also refuse to help me as im not customer but a dealer. this is getting into my nerves now.

I think first of all you should wait, and then if the Vodafone also doesn't return your money then you must file a case against them in the consumer court.

Issue a legal notice to them. They have done this to their customers leave alone dealers before.

Alternately you can log your complain online at www.core.nic.in
I also have lodged a complain online recently and they have responded. Moreover they have contact nos also. You can lodge a complain online and then contact them. Its free.
