If you go to the Dell web site, there are problem solving pages there that can sort the problem out. Good Luck.

you need to attempt figuring out to purchase some compressed air in a can. do no longer pay $8 money for you are able to (workplace depot, drugstore). you'd be in a position to come across a three-can p.c.. for that volume (purpose, walmart?). attempt that on it, contained in the printer. attempt wiping the in the printer, the position you position the ink cartridge with a moist rag. attempt printing some thing that has dissimilar colour you're watching for like pink or blue. attempt taking the ink cartridge again to the keep, returning it, upload $30 and get a sparkling printer.
