Yes, I've been living with my lover for just about 2 years now and my parents still don't know about it! Infact, one of the reasons we're getting married is because we don't want to sneak around until my parents die. But, other than religious fruit cakes, for most people in North America at least there is no stigma.

Depends on what beliefs you subscribe to. I am an atheist, therefore it doesn't matter to me who lives with whom. But, there are certain ideologies that see this as a sin. It really only matters what the two people living together think and feel. If you are on your own, paying your own bills, then it is solely up to you.

As far as society as a whole, for the most part people don't really care. So, no, it isn't the social taboo that it used to be.

A stigma? what kind? how old are the "Kids" are they of age? if so, it's no ones business so, I would say, there shouldn't be a stigma, not in this Country anyway. There is in some and, in some, they could pay dearly for it IE: Saudi Arabia, they could pay with disfigurement or their lives.

What stigma? I've been living with my sugar daddy for a few months now, and I love it.

barely. noone really cares that i live with my friend. well except for her grandpapa, i had to be 'the friend helping her move' when he came by with some furniture. hehe. i know it's not exactly the same, but it is 'under the same roof' as they say

actually for me there was a harder time grasping the fact that i was living with a girl that i wasn't sleeping with...ha! actually when i moved in with my first set of girls in college, my parents were completely okay with it, but were convinced that i was dating one of them! geez..

Not in my world there isn't and I wish more people would join my world, we would have a lot less frustration and dangerous sneaking around.
