Hmmm...my answer is: " He is more superior than I". I think, and I just only think :-) that since we are comparing to people, the second degree of comparison should be used; hence, more superior. "Me" is used as direct object of the verb. Me here functions as the object of the more superior. Since more superior is not a verb; hence, "I." I'm not certain of my explanation, but I think, that how it should be.

I think what the speaker is trying to say is that, He (the speaker) is also superior, but he (other person) more superior than him (the speaker).

The word 'than' is used only if you are comparing two entities using a comparative adjective (eg. 'better' is a comparative adjective of 'good' - good-better-best, bad-worse-worst, and so on). The word superior does not fulfil that condition - 'superior' is not a comparative adjective.

So, the correct sentence, if you want to use the word 'superior', is either "He is superior to me", or, "He is my superior". Instead, if you insist on using the word 'than', you'll need to substitute 'superior' with a comparative adjective or description (such as 'better', 'more highly placed', and so on).
