Find a tutor or a study circle to help you. Also, when I was a teaching assistant at university I was very open to working one on one with students who wanted help. I had one who had a learning disability and came to me often. Sometimes I got papers for feedback but got them far too late to be of any help. Start early and look for support.

Also, someone already said, don't forget to take care of yourself.

One thing that you need to make sure you do is...not study too hard!! Sounds weird, but if you study for too long your brain loses the ability to absorb information and you end up reading without actually taking anything in. The optimum time for effective studying is between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Any longer than that and you'll feel yourself becoming glazed and unfocused. Also, make concise notes as you go along, so that when you look back at them you will understand what you have written. Good luck!!

I recently read that the effects of the spice of cinnamon can inhance your concentration ability.
Studying can be difficult and maybe you need a stimulation factor to increase your concentration, it's not harmful and worth a try.
Good Luck!

Actually, brain benefits are just the tip of the iceberg with this wonderful-tasting super spice.
But let's start there: did you know that a recent research study presented at the annual meeting of the Association for Chemoreception Services in Sarasota, FL, found that merely smelling cinnamon or chewing cinnamon-flavored gum actually enhanced multiple areas of brain processing and function; everything from memory to visual-motor speed to recognition to attention & focus? In fact, the results were so promising that multiple research studies underway are testing cinnamon for its potential effects on enhancing cognition in the elderly, people with "test anxiety", and possible benefits for people with cognitive diseases.
Pretty impressive, and that's just from the smell.
