A lad i used to go to a pub quiz with was always doing air drumming during the music rounds. Funnily enough a mate of mine who is actually a drummer saw him in action once and commented that his technique was all wrong as he was holding his air drumsticks incorrectly.

Nobody can beat me: i'm an air-band all in one: the air-guitarist, the air-drummer, the air-singer (consist to pretend to be yelling into an air-mike) the air-keyboardist, the air-bassist, the air-xylophonist, and finally the air-lyricist (yes, it DOES eixst!)

Oh yes!! Always wanted to be a drummer but my mum did not encourage me at all (for obvious reasons with 5 kids in the house).

Yesterday I put my hands in a bowl of washing up water without checking the temperature- apparently my neighbour opposite thought I was air drumming to 'Dance with the devil' by Cozy Powell....
Ouch.

No unfortunately, but my teenager does play drums much to my neighbours dismay.. Drums on tables, in the air. She started off playing on sheets of paper on the bed, (I thought it would be just a phase) but now years later I have to nearly crawl over the top of her drum-kit to enter her room.
