I do not see this as racism. Most of us accept that temperamentally dogs are bred in a way that give them abilities and mental faculties....e.g. sheep dogs, guard dogs. Is it really such a great shift to extend this to homo sapiens ?

Well, I would say they all have the same mental capacities- but culture has a lot to do with how you think. Obviously, someone brought up in the Amazon jungle is going to have an advanced knowledge of hunting and gathering, and their whole culture would revolve around feeding themselves, sheltering and relationships within their tribe- a completely different type of knowledge would be needed for survival in Western culture- as we depend on entirely different things.
