Hiya,
A spot is where the surface of your skin is raised, either by a blackhead or a boil (really painful and red looking) starts under the skin. A blemish is a mark on the skin but the skin isn't raised. Usually some discolouration of the skin that can easily be covered with make-up.

a blemish is not as noticable as a spot but a blemish fades in your skin

a spot is a pimple, blackheads, blisters, bulgy surface etc and a blemish are freckles, or change in skin tone, birth mark, liver spots, etc flat surface hope I helped lol
