The ATI has a higher GPU and RAM speed.

Go for the Geforce 7900GS. It is a much faster card and newer than the Radeon x1650 Pro. A more equivalent card from Radeon would be the x1900.

I would get the GeForce video card but I would get the GSX i think, but anyway get the same card but with 512 Mb. Just a little bit more but the memory will pay off. Of course the 7950 comes with 1Gb but I think the money goes up too. But spend the little extra on the 512 Mb card.

The GeForce is faster, the Radeon is a mid-range card.
