I hate to admit it but Chris J.'s answer is a pretty good analogy...for EITHER sex...it's the "dance" of seduction...it's the "game of love (lust)" I think turn-ons are different for each woman. One of the biggest turn-ons for most women is being with a man who genuinely LIKES women...don't feel threatened by them, don't feel that they are inferior OR superior to them, enjoy WOMAN and they way their minds work a little differently from men's, etc. Few men genuinely "like" women but instead feel threatened by the fact that they need them, just as women need men. This coming from a heterosexual woman. Homosexual women may feel differently.

I think that women don't really know what they want. to get a women you have to sweep them off their feet and show a lot of interest. to keep a woman you have to stand your ground and be a man. the less you show you care, the more she wants you. but you can't play that one for too long at a time. you got to let it come and go. It's kind of like reeling in a fish. you dangle the worm for a little while until you get a nibble. then, once you snag 'em you reel em' in for a little and then you let em' have some slack. let them think you don't care if they get off the hook or not. then when you catch em' relaxing, you set the hook and reel away. then once you got em' in your hands you throw them on the bank and let em' flop around a little bit. if they get back to the water, oh well there's bigger ones out there. but if you snag that ol' girl you've been looking for for a while. you dont let her get to the water. you put her on ice, get her stuffed, and mount her.
I know most women will find this analogy offensive, and i really don't mean it that way, but i think it describes the situation to a tee.

I'm female and I'll tell you right now, anybody who treats me like a fish and tries to reel me in is going to be waving at the one that got away. I don't do mind games. All I ask is that you are honest in your intentions and actions. I only speak for myself when I say a man who's open with his feelings and intentions toward me turns me on better than any head game.

If you really want to know what turns a woman on then read this.
The get turned on by seeing a man get an erection and how much vulnerable he is to the woman for his pleasure at that time to climax.The word tease and blow hot blow cold are typical female jargon.
They get turned on by having the guy totally in their power and at their feet.
So if you want to trun them on tow their line and be their slave or
you can choose to be a man and take charge of your own sexuality and that they will never admit but deep inside they know that is the biggest turn on for them.
