I see this star formation (above) directly above me in the night sky every night around 8 pm.
It is only a vague recollection, but can you guess the constellation it might be?

IT LOOKS LIKE JJ'S DRAWING DOWN THERE BUT IT ALSO HAS LIKE TWO MORE STARS THAT ARE VISIBLE EASILY MAKING A LITTLE BIT OF A V SHAPE BUT THE OTHER SIDE IS WAY LONGER

Is it just five stars in a column? Make up your own name for it as the constellations are completely arbitrary.

It may be part of Orion - Orion's belt has five clearly visible stars. In the UK at the moment, they look more like this:
