Crazy dreams! Interpretations, perhaps?

Question

A few years back I learned that when my father was in college he'd gotten a fellow student, who was Japanese, pregnant. She then went back to Japan and supposedly had a girl, but he doesn't really know for sure.

Now in the dream, which I had yesterday, I went to Japan and met my supposed half-sister, now in her 30s. And she was a ghost hunter. She let me tag along with her while she was on the job, and we went stomping around graveyards, like literally stomping down on graves which were glowing to make the glow stop.
Then at sunrise my half sister and I went to an abandoned bridge and sat under a brick arch, where we smoked marijuana. The whole time we were together, though, we did not speak to each other because we did not know the other's language. Even so, there was a strange sort of kinship, like two complete strangers sudenly becoming good friends with no real reason behind it.

What does it all mean?

being a ghost hunter mau mean that she is searching the past as well as the graveyard. mary jane(marijuana) however symbolizes that you will do many things together for bettr or for worse.

I think you have an urge to meet this person and even though you don't understand Japanese you want to connect with them which is understandable. The ghost hunting might be connected with your father's past which had been a ghost of his past you just discovered. The skeleton in the closet as it were.
