what polyurethane watch's strap can do that others cant?

im planning on buying a watch in a near future, have my eyes on this watch with polyurethane strap, just wandering what is so good about that strap?

The polyurethane strap will last longer than any other non-metal strap.
Personally I would go for a metal strap and if you have the option a completely titanium watch would be my first pick. They are light and last forever.
