Why do my Office and Home Pcs has got the same IP Address?

I have tried whatismyip.com and one more site to check my IP on line. Both sites are giving me the same IP Address for my home pc as well as my office which are working on two different connections.

Two Pcs are neither in the same network nor connected with any other network softwares.

Just guessing. Are they both on the same network. That is are they remotely controlled. You can access your home computer from the office. Also I presume too the email address are t different.
