I'm not sure you have enough evidence to prove he was cheating on you when he visited his daughter. Maybe he didn't tell you because he knew how much it would upset you? Maybe try to talk it over calmly with him. Explain that he hurt your feelings in keeping his visit to his daughter a secret. Tell him you don't mind him visiting her, but it's the secrecy that's upset you. Then try to work out a compromise such as you'll agree to him seeing his daughter a set amount of time a week/month, as long as he's honest about it with you.
Good Luck!

If this third degree is the way you always talk to him, then yes I agree with you, he probably cheated. Hell, he probably ran over there screaming help, I married a nut case! I haven't witnessed this much irrational conspiracy theory garbage in a long time. Maybe, just maybe you're too freaked out to properly word everything, so, to give you the benefit of the doubt, re-write this after you have calmed down. Try not to make it a novel, just the "facts", and lessen your own point of view a few notches. And for God's sake....use spell check! If you want my advice then (why would you) IM me and let me know you re-wrote the question. I promise you I won't be mean or evil, just give you an honest opinion of a possible approach to the problem.
