What are some good websites for good priced laptop memory?

Need to update my memory on my compaq (crappy) laptop. Can anyone suggest good sites to find reasonably priced memory?

I don't know any bargain stores, because I am cautious on what memory I put into my pc's and laptops.

I would only use certified memory with a warranty, like Crucial or Kingston. I've had so many problems with bad memory causing wierd problems, I won't use cheap memory anymore!

Crucial.com also has a nice program your pc and inform you what memory can be installed into your pc.
