You've got a couple options. It all depends on how open and honest you want to be with your folks. If you want to be really close, then sit them down and do the whole coming out thing. Build up your confidence first and be prepared to be kicked out. If you kinda want some relationship with them, avoid talking about your love life when you can and if you're cornered say something that outs yourself. If you don't care if they know anything about you and want to get by without a fight, then lie and avoid telling them the truth until you're not dependent upon them.

Sit her down, tell her that what you are about to tell her is important. Tell her the reasons why you are bisexual, and how much you want her support because this is part of who you are, even if she does not like that.
It may be tough because some parents are really against that, but just make sure she knows you are serious, and that you can't change who you are!
With time, she will eventually accept who you are, if she does not right now. Good luck!

there are plenty of websites that can explain it 2 u but
all you can do is just say it out loud maybe when she's in a good mood
get her to join PFLAG

That depends on how you think your mother will react. If you think it'll be tough you might want to contact PFLAG(parents and friends of lesbians and gays) for some good advice.They can and will help you.
