contacting WOW administration?

Question

I was banned, was told a bunch of bogus info about password theft and sharing yet I HAVE NEVER BROKEN A TOS RULE. I have been playing the game for a year and have played by the rules. I want to call them because the wow email to the administration isn't responding to my repeated protests. Does anyone know a number I can call? note: the billing dept. is not the number I need.
