These London shootings are nothing new. There has been a gun problem for like the last two years. This incident just brought it out to the public and international level. I always tell people that England is dangerous in general but outsiders think its tea and caviar all day. You cannot blame anybody but the individual responsible. I think once a child is over 14 a parent cannot really control them. So its important for parents to disclipine their kids early to decrease the chance of them to be a threat in society.

We should blame both parents and society .
Parents are responsible for raising the children properly on respecting Others thoughts and believes with in the local culture and the society is responsible for making parents life easier and help them to raise their children without any negative effects such as "The media effect"
when the teens watch shooting ,bombing and casualties every where in the world news daily , they will be influenced with what is going on around
we need to work hard in two direction to stop these awful shootings not only in London but all over the world.
First we need to find a way out of theses wars around us every where in the world and eliminate all the root causes of these wars and firmly STOP every one by all reasonable means from blowing up the fire of war any where in this planet,
Second we need to avoid watching the Wars news on TVs for a period of time specially for the teens.
We all in need to live in peace beside each other, supporting each other to survive peacefully and calmly and to avoid all the societies all over the world from these wear and unwanted phenomenas.

It's not just London. I blame society for letting them off the hook with a slap on the wrist. I blame parents for not teaching them respect when they were little.

This is one of those things the media has decided to latch on to and highlight. Unfortunately it is no more or less than any other big city worldwide. In all honesty some of the US cities are much more violent and dangerous places to be. Therefore working on the suposition I blame society!

The kids. Society does not always need you to conform to their norms and values if you don't believe in them. You make a choice to conform.

Parents could have influenced the way their kids act, but ultimately the choice always lies with the kids to how they live their lives. Parents cannot hold onto their kids and not let them see society as they see fit.

I blame the kids shooting each other.

For years they have been let do as they please by white liberals who are scared of being called 'racist' if they dare to stop the little bastards from misbehaving and doing exactly as they please.

as you sow so shall you reap.
