The average lifespan of an elephant is about 70 years although a few have been known to live longer. Of course elephants would live a lot longer if territorial boundaries were set for them and poaching ceased.

about the same as people so are crocodiles ,parrots about 50+ and turtles can get to be 500 years * in the Galapagos Isles
