twink, is used in gay slang to describe an attractive young or young-looking gay male (usually in his twenties) with a slender build, only slightly muscular, with little or no body hair (often referred to as a "swimmer's build").
Originally, the term referred exclusively to blonds, but among gay people the term increasingly includes other young men whose features are those principally described above, but are not necessarily blond or even Caucasian.

Twink: An attractive, boyish-looking, young gay man. The stereotypical twink is 18-22, slender with little or no body hair, often blonde, dresses in club wear even at 10:00 AM, and is not particularly intelligent. A twink is the gay answer to the blonde bimbo cheerleader.

I left you a source for a lot of modern words. I go to that site whenever things like this comes up.
According to the Urban dictionary, there are 35 definitions for 'twink.'
I've also known, in addition to what people here have been saying, that 'twink' refers to a womans genitalia.

It a dude who's young like 18 and who's got no chest hair and is thin. It's not a fem type, just not a bulky. muscle dude. Gay people call them Twinks for some odd reason. There are a lot of labels or code names for gay guys, which is weird, yet true.

Marc C has the best meaning. Definitely young, thin, with very little body hair. They look younger than they really are.
