Error while calling an ASP page from an oracle database?

Question

An asp page is placed in the wwwroot\inetpub\uploaded_files\asp location of a server.
An oracle job from the server calls this ASP page to perforn a process. At that time we get the following error messsage.
Error Type:
Microsoft OLEDB provider for ODBC drivers (0X80004005). [Oracle] [ODBC] [ORA] Ora-12641 : Aunthentication Service failed to initialized.
\uploaded_files\asp\upload_file.asp, line 141.
Pls can anyone suggest a remedy.

Looks like your database connection string (in your ASP code) doesnt have the correct username or password.
