Probably because you keep answering. I know what you're saying though, it's weird, why tonight? Seriously, if you don't know who it is that could be dangerous. By answering you are only forcing it to continue and the person is getting his (or her) way. Kinda like on here. If somebody was harassing you continuously on Y/A you would probably ignore the person right? You wouldn't keep contacting the person. Same thing applies. It could be a hatchet murderer(ess) or something. Use the caller ID or stop answering the phone if you don't have one. If somebody important and legit really wants to talk to you they will leave a message. Good luck!
