if sperm leaks out of my vagina after sex can i still get pregnant?

Yes. It is all part of the human anatomy. The female body isn't able to hold of the sperm inside but all it takes is just one sperm to reach one egg in order to get pregnant.

As long a sperm went into your vaginia you CAN get pregnant...doesn't matter if some leaked out.
