The song is 'Smoke Two Joints', originally by The Toyes, and covered by Sublime [most famously], South Park Mexican, and Richard Cheese. Kottonmouth Kings will often do the chorus during live shows too [that's not from the source but I've hit a few of their concerts].

it's byt he best band ever to come out the LBC. Sublime. You should check them out, they are legends. The lead singer died--you should also check out long beach dub allstars. it's all good!
