If you registered your Office 2002, then you should have no problem getting a replacement. You can probably find out more information at the MIcrosoft Website.

I would almost think that the worst case scenario is that you get replacement disks. I dropped my CD case going from the house to the car once and of course the Microsoft Office 2000 disks went flying and skidded shiney side down. The disks were totally destroyed and I was able to get them replaced no problems.

Now if you didn't register your product you might have more complications. I've also lost my key with my Corel PhotoPaint and the Corel people have been able to provide it for me (but once again I had registered it).

if you already installed once you should already have a key on the computer just put the disk in and it should detect that it was already on there and it wont ask for the key. feel free to mail me with other questions
