try putting new batteries in. ~.^

Just right-click on the tray icon (bottom right area of taskbar) that shows the battery/power cord. Select adjust power properties, then 'Alarms' panel, then UNCHECK 'activate low battery alarm'

Remove the batteries.

new batteries or just plug it in and shut the computer down that should have it gone

On your desktop ...left click to properties,.....Screen Saver (TAB).....click on "POWER" and choose "ALARMS" tab.
