If we were suppose to get good right away there would be no purpose of teacher's and music learning books. No you are not suppose to learn things right away. It takes practice and days to learn a new instrument.

No. THe guitar is a moderately complex instrument with the amount of its fret-positionings. Pardon the pun, but don't 'fret,' AND don't try "Stairway to Heaven" just yet!

Sometimes you just find your groove right away but mostly ya gotta practice, practice, practice! Play something that makes you feel good, something you love, it'll happen.

no i don't think so. i just started playing guitar last month and i can play only the simplest of songs. you probably won't get really good at it unless you practise 24/7.

No....it takes alot of time and patience i just recently learned how to play to but its only been 2 weeks. Just practice.
