I know it is unlikely but being that I am from Ohio it is a question that has to be asked.

I'm pretty sure Ohio State would generally win with the top-ranked prospects they get, Ohio University just cannot compete with that.

Any one team can beat another under certain circumstances and there have been upsets in the NCAA final, however, the matchup is so unlikely to happen (i.e. - Ohio U. would probably never make it to a final) and if it did, Ohio State would be a prohibitive favorite.
