It is a trickle charger after the battery is fully charged, and will only charge when the battery needs it. The new Lithium Ion batteries do not have the overcharge/incomplete discharge problems like the older Nickle Cadmiums did and there is now no reason to remove your charger when the laptop is not in use.

No, leaving the charger on will not harm your laptop. As the previous answer said, it is a trickle charger, and that will "top up" the charge on your battery as and when needed.

certain! you're killing your battery existence through doing that... at the same time as your Mac is completely charged, use the completed battery existence ability till it resources a caution that your battery is low on potential, then connect your Mac to an Outlet. people will easily blame the battery and the producer for those type of subject matters, at the same time as it is definitely themselves causing the problem! they are basically too troublesome headed to adhere to proper practise!

when the battery is low then only u charge it to the full level about 3-4 hrs.

No. the computer shuts off the charger when the batt reaches a preset level.
