Lately, I have been looking for a good foundation. I have tried Bare Escentuals, but it didn't seem to work for me because I need more coverage. I have medium-light skin most places on my face,(i'm darker near my forehead), but I have many freckles and moles also. I know that it is kind of impossible to effectively cover all of them, so I just want a foundation to make them not so noticable. I have found that liquid foundation seems to work better for me than powder. I am not very prone to breakouts, but I am looking for something preferably water based and not too "caked-on" looking. Thanks.

Bobbi Brown. Rated #1 in the world in the Foundations category. It goes on like a second skin. The shades match perfectly, and it feels superlight, yet gives AWESOME coverage. MAC is good, and so is Prescriptives. Good Luck!

Hi There, I am a mary kay Independent Beauty Consultant. Our medium or full coverage foundation would be perfect. We have every shade to meet your skin colour and formulas designed for your skin type, whether it be Normal to dry, or combination oily!
They are very nice and light. You can put one layer on, then let it dry and apply another layer if you like or just in those areas to cover up marks on your face.
And it is very concentrated, so a little goes a long way! We also make appointments so that you can test them and find your PERFECT match!!!
Plus once it is on your face and dry, it will not come off on your clothes!

I like Elizabeth Arden's Ceramide Plump Perfect. I have tried the others, but this one works beautifully for me. I have freckles, different colour tones, plus I DO break out, and I have some fine lines. I am a bit of a skeptic, but I am glad I let an Elizabeth Arden saleswoman show me this product when I stopped at their counter during a bonus offer (ie. spend so many $$ and you get the the make up kit with lipstick, mascara, etc. etc.)

I wear Revlon Colorstay Stay Natural makeup. It's a liquid foundation and it's really smooth and light. And it has an SPF 15. I use it because I don't like the caked-on look, and when i first started wearing makeup I was pretty bad at putting it on.

I just purchased an Estee Lauder powder that has sunscreen in it and it is great. It is not foundation but it is so nice and smooth that you don't need foundation when you apply it. It is a compacted powder.

Try it.

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.

The method she teaches in her book is natural, inexpensive, and is readily available in most homes. You could even find some ingredients in your own backyard. The most wonderful thing about the method she shares in her book is that it will help you whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, dark underarms, melasma, or your overall skin color easily and naturally without breaking your bank or producing dangerous side effects. Good Luck!

My daughter told me about this one and it's great for over all blending with excellent coverage. It's Covergirl "TruBlend". You'll love it!
