Ive bo8ght shoes and i dnt know wat the lil packet is for wat is it for anyways

There are a couple of things it could be silica gel or bat descant (Bat Poop) it is to help keep moisture out of the box so it does not grow mold and ruin your shoes. but they use it in electronics as well and many other places, Guano as they call it, or Bat poop comes from the island called EGuano where there are many bat caves where the stuff stacks up and they shovel it out with tiny shovels to fill the tiny bags. (Just kidding on that part. But that's what it is and Yep like everyone else Say's don't eat it.

Silica gel. Keeps shoes from drawing dampness.

It's silica....it is there to absorb moisture during shipping etc.
Toss in the garbage.

It is "silica gel"...
It absorbs humidity/moisture...
Keeps mold from growing on the shoes...

it's just to keep them fresh & not smelly & stuff like that. but it's toxic, so don't eat it.
