You'll be as compatible as you make it. Astrology won't tell you 100% if the relationship is going to work and I wouldn't put my faith in it to base if a relationship will work. All the charts say my husband and I should not be together, we don't make a good match, but somehow, we fit perfectly, we've been married for ten years now and I'd never choose another.
But if you really want to know, here's what astrology.com says about a Libra and a Capricorn (I can't give which is female and which is male) being together: (I'd have checked Google’s astrology love meter but you didn't give birthdates and those are needed for that website).
