It depends on where you hit a woman. However, NO ONE should be slapping ANYONE. At best that could be construed as assault.

She is either fertile or not, has nothing to do with slapping. If someone continually assaults a woman, her stress level will increase to the point of changing her chemistry, and with that, yes I believe it can weaken her fertility. If one slap is what you are referring to, that's just ridiculous.
In no way am I encouraging this behaviour.

No, but it may weaken your chance of fertility as she may retailate and boot you in the nuts.
