I heard a song in an Italian resturant, I believe it was in Italian as well. The ony words I could understand, sounded like "Arigatou, Arigatou, Arigatou....." Does anyone know of this song , name, who may sing it, etc.?

It was definitely an Italian restaurant and I am familiar with the word arigatou. The person I was with speaks Japanese and could not understand the other words either.

Arigatou/arigato is not italian, its japanese for "thank you"

You probably ate at UCC Vienna Cafe, the place looks Italian, but its actually a Japanese cafe.
