Do you know what kind of pills or anything the stars take to stay so thin? I do not think its just "diet and excercise"....and does anyone know a good appetite supressent?

I am taking notes. I excercise and try to eat well, but some of these stars are stick thin. I would like to know what kind appetite supressent, at least, they are taking.

Ipecac makes you throw up.
They take diet pills, exercise a lot, or just plain starve themselves. And they take drugs, too. Drugs make you forget all about the necessities ( like eating). Drinking water and coffee helps suppress your appetite.

They take drugs, laxatives, have plastic surgery. Ipecac makes you puke. Do you really want to look like the really thin ones? The more natural, normal sized ones look better - and most men don't actually fancy "size zeroes".

Not all take drugs they just have more dispable income to spend on chefs personal trainers and the like.

Remember...The stars have personal trainers to train them rigorously then what normal people do when they pop in tapes in their DVD players. Also, they have chefs to cook them healthy meals so they won't take in too many carbs and all that good/fat stuff.
