Could a machine like that exist? Is that possible? Not only having the cyborgnetic skin, but just the machine itself. Do we not yet have the technology for a "Terminator" style machine? Possibly to deploy into war, use as security for government buildings and such?

We are no where close to the level of technology necessary to produce such machines. The power source alone, two hydrogen cells alone are unheard of at that size showing no radiation. And the neural net micro processors are purely theoretical. No telling how much code that would take and how you would store the data. And let's not even begin on how hard it would be to keep the body alive around the machine. To be honest it was a stupid thought, the terminator. If machines ruled the world why would they build a time machine that only sends humans through time? It makes no sense.

I know that many people say that we can in the future but if you thik about it, you can't. Terminator in the movies has some type of emotion and feels sadness and pain. I personally don't think we can ever have a machine like that ever.

Aren't you immediately down-wind of a nuclear exchange between India and Pakistan but you seem worried about Hollywood productions? Uh-huh, I see your problem. Please let me assure one threat is more immediate than the other.

I saw the first one and that's it. Our bodies reject human organs that aren't ours so something tells me that our bodies would reject cyborg skin.
