Why do girls have it easier?

I am looking for a job change but I find that lot of the positions available prefer females. Why do girls have it easier? Maybe be I shd wear a skirt for the interview.

You obviously have reasons for beleiving this but it isn't always the case, it depends on the type of work and environment in which they would be working.
I must admit though if young attractive females are going for positions in an office where their manager is going to be a guy I am sure 99% of the time they would get the position before a guy with the same qualifications. I don't beleive this will ever change! There is always that slight chance that they may be able to have a fling with the hot girl will always sway them to make this decision unless of course they are the other way inclined.

I THINK YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY WEAR THE SKIRT IF YOU ARE GOING TO AN INTERVIEW TO DO A COMMERCIAL FOR A COMPANY THAT PERFORMS SEX CHANGES IF THAT IS THE NEXT INTERVIEW THEN FOR THIS ONE I WOULD NOT..

IF THE POSITIONS YOU ARE LOOKING AT PREFER FEMALES MAYBE YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR DIFFERENT POSITIONS GIRLS MAY ONLY HAVE IT EASIER IN THAT AREA WHAT ABOUT WOMEN THAT WANT TO WORK OUTSIDE MAYBE ON A FARM OR IN CONSTRUCTION WE WOULDNT GET THAT JOB EVEN IF WE WERE MORE QUALIFIED THAN A MAN B/C MOST GUYS IN THAT PROFESSION (NOT ALL) THINK THAT A WOMAN WOULDNT BE ABLE TO DO AS GOOD OF A JOB AS A MAN..

Really? Because sometimes I see it in the way that a lot of positions available prefer men. I guess maybe it just depends on the job or something. Who knows? I think men will always think women have it easier and women will always think men have it easier.

If u have pretty legs, then u shd wear a mini skirt for the interview....but dont forget to wax first. And get silicon implants and wear a low neck blouse too.U cd then get a job as a sexy personal secretary.

It depends on what type job your looking for. To be honest some jobs are better suited for a certain type person either size and/or gender. As for the skirt idea - Dont... Find you a Kilt instead LOL..

My wife is 37 and can find a job working for any guy in any field. She is friendly, but not slutty at all. Guys who have money or position generally hire attractive women before any man. It is what it is and there is no way around it

Oh yeah, girls have it do much easier. Not only are the most educated women passed over for jobs because they don't have big enough breasts or they don't dress like *****, when they do get a job, they are passed over for promotions because their gender. Male bosses tend to think that all we are good for is sex and getting his coffee. Yeah, so much easier.

no... if you wore a skirt i really dont think they would hire you. the right job will come along whenever it does... and if girls do get jobs easier thats sex descrimination and they can be arrested for it

It's called a vagina joy, and mans undying, never ending need to be inside of it. If you have females working at your business, then you will have male customers, and since males on average earn more than females they have more money to spend. Simple economics. Appeal to the "baser" instincts and you'll sell.
