You maybe are thinking of the U.S's Secretary of State, Condoleeza Rice. During Prez Shrub Bush's first term she was his chief national security advisor. On the other hand, I like "contolisa", it sounds like a way to play music, not andante and not fortissimo, but contolisa, falling somewhere in between. Or, a contolisa rise could be a special cake that rises as it bakes! It's reall fun to go with the sound of these things. Then there's the Condo you lease-a. Doesn't help much with foreign policy unfortunately.

Condoleeza Rice is Secretary of State.
She is 50 years old (or a year or two over) and is a classical pianist. She isn't married and has no children.
