Buying Acer Aspire 5602 WLMi?

Question

I am planning to buy Acer Aspire i read so many good and bad comments I would know abt this particular model
processer centrino duo core duoT2300 (1.66 GHz) , 512 mb DDR2 ram, 120 GB harddisk.
One main reason I am buying Acer is the cost which is relatively less compared to Sony with the same features.

it costs me around 840$
I dont live in U.S, I am buying it outside U.S

I like Acer, but stay away from this model. It get's way too hot and there is no way to cool it down. I have had 2 motherboard replacements for customers with this machine.

Go for last years Turion 64 with the WXGA 15.4 screen. Much better computer and you will not have the heat problems that Acer is having with the dual cores right now. They need much better cooling and power management which no doubt is in the works.
