On a good day when Galactus is at his full power, virtually no one in the marvel universe can stop him,apocalypse is powerful but is rather limited compared to Galactus,moreover there are only few things that can harm galactus and not many people have access to that. Silver Surfer should be able to beat apocalypse as well since he has virtually an unlimited source of power which is the power cosmic...while apocalypse is strong but limited in the use of his power.

Apocalypse won't stand a chance againts the Silver Surfer, never-mind Galactus. Only way Apocalypse would have any hope to defeat Galactus, is when the planet eater is weaken by his great hunger.

Come ON, dude. Galactus eats planets. Apocalypse and SS would be popcorn to him.
