Bush thinks God is telling him what to do, so the god that Bush is listening to is telling him to wage war. If it wasn't muslims, it'd be some other group that he'd be fighting. Like his daddy, Bush likes to carry a big stick and wave it around. Bush doesn't seem to care too much about people dying or spending other people's money. He'll make sure his family won't have to fight in any of his wars.

President Bush has repeatedly stated that he has a high regard for Islam. He is not waging war on Muslims, but he is taking the side of decent Muslims against the Muslims who act badly.

Your question is in error. It is not a war on Muslims per se unless you define all Muslims as the same as OBL or terrorists.
He has a lot of critics, many of whom are from the republican party.
However, no one can logically or honesty say that is a war against Muslims.

Because Muslim Terrorists killed 3,000 innocent American citizens, visiting foreigners, airline passengers, pilots, and police and fire personnel on 9/11/2001, involving the complete destruction of the billion dollar New York City World Trade Tower Complex, a simultaneous attack on the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., the annihilation of three commercial airliners with all their occupants, and the subsequent detrimental affect on America's economic stability in consumer confidence, manufacturing, sales, and the travel and tourist industries causing widespread economic losses, corporate and personal bankruptcies and escalated unemployment in the post 9/11 period, resulting in increased levels of home foreclosures and homeless American citizens and whole American families. Have you been living under a rock?

If you had billions upon billions trickling into trillions of dollars, and had a bad day, I'm sure you'd find something useless to waste it on.
Note he had plans of doing **** in Iraq prior to 9-11 (his father also had similar plans, as Clinton was close to getting Osama a long time ago).
