Can Anyone please Explain why Jeb BUSH Declared Martial Law in Florida just 4 days prior to 9-11?

There were no Hurricanes, or disasters (real or impending) in the State of Florida at the time. Can anyone give just Cause for this?

Just some quick facts (no rumors what-so-ever) concerning the Bush family brothers, Governor "Jeb" of Florida and President "G.W." of Washington City, with regards to the events of 9-11:

On Friday, September 7, "Jeb" signed Florida Executive Order No. 01-261 which states, in part:

"I hereby delegate to The Adjutant General of the State of Florida all necessary authority, within approved budgetary appropriations or grants, to order members of the Florida National Guard into active service, as defined by Section 250.27, Florida Statutes, for the purpose of training to support law-enforcement personnel and emergency-management personnel in the event of civil disturbances or natural disasters and to provide training support to law-enforcement personnel and community-based organizations relating to counter drug operations. This Executive Order shall remain in full force and effect until the earlier of its revocation or June 30, 2003."

This Fla. EO places the Florida National Guard (which is not a lawful militia), a unit of the Federal U.S. Army, in control of all Florida law enforcement (State FDLE, County Sheriffs, and local PD's) and the Florida Emergency Management department (Florida's FEMA under federal FEMA control). Remember, this was 4 days before the WTC disaster.

This is yet another one of those cases where a big conclusion (the National Guard were placed in charge of all law enforcement) is based on absolutely nothing at all. Read the quote yourself: where does it say the National Guard "control" anything? It doesn't, because they don't. It's about "training to support law-enforcement personnel and emergency-management personnel", working with the police, not taking charge of them. And it has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with martial law.

EDIT: Jim C, I hate to debunk a debunker of debunkers, but you are simply mistaken. The National Guard is the official militia of the sovereign State of Florida. As such, when called upon by the Governor to maintain order, their jurisdiction is supreme. This is not something which changed under this proclamation. It has been that way since the day Florida adopted its constitution.

That got the blogbaba's attention, I have no knowledge of such an event. Its either a left wing attempt to slur Jeb, or the Bush family was closer to the Saudi Royal family that even Michael Moore's factual documentary "Fahrenheit 9/11" let on.

If a great American media icon and true American patriot like Mike Moore missed the close knit ties between the Bush family and the Bin Laden family maybe the blogbaba should plug "Fahrenheit 9/11" again, go rent it and refresh my tiny little liberal mind on the connection.

You ask for a "just cause" in Jeb Bush bracing his state for the events of 9/11 a week before it happened. I am amazed they let you ask the question. I hope nobody I care about is around you when they hunt you down. Such an allegation must be illegal, and it is almost certainly untrue.

At least I hope it's untrue, the alternative is just to horrible.

Actually, hurricane GABRIELLE was at its peak intensity of Category 1 formed on September 11th, and dissipated on September 19th of 2001. As a consequence, former Governor of Florida, Jeb Bush, incorporated an Executive Order Number 01-261 with the Great Seal of the State of Florida affixed at Tallahassee, the Capitol, four days prior GABRIELLE hits his State. I’m surprised that you had to ask this question. You seem like the kind of guy who knows what’s ‘really’ going on with the ‘9/11 conspiracy’. Don’t listen to these other clowns who pretend to ‘know’ what really happened. They all work for Bush and the neocons. Here’s how it ‘really, really’ went down.

A few days prior to 9/11, the neocons were planning the final “pre-9/11” conference to talk about the last minute details regarding the pending attack and how they would take over the country in the aftermath. So many people indicated an interest in coming to the conference that it got too big for the venue they had reserved in Florida. Well, the conference planners didn’t want to tell Jeb about their secret plans to move the event to the secret underground neocon conference center in Wyoming (reports are that it can hold more than 5,000). When Jeb found out (it’s hard to control leaks with so many people involved), he got angry and felt betrayed by his fellow co-conspirators.

As a result of their betrayal to attempt to take the conference out of Florida, he decided to carry out a ‘fall back’ plan, preventing the conference attendees from leaving the state by ‘secretly’ planning a ‘pre-pre-false flag operation’ that would allow the National guard (and eventually his brother’s SS) to take control of all transportation facilities. This would also provide GWB’s cousin (who was handling the ‘security’ at the WTC) the necessary ‘distraction’ so that he could have a ‘window’ to pull the security out of the twin towers in order to plant the explosives in the basement (which, of course, was the real cause of the tower’s collapse; the planes were obviously just a “false flag” distraction provided by Israeli intelligence).

So, Jeb’s ‘counter-pre-9/11-false flag’ operation was going along fine until the counter-co-conspirators got wind of the pre-‘false flag’ operation and set into motion their own plans to counter the counter-pre-‘false flag’ operation. (Are you still with me? I know this gets a bit convoluted). The plan of the counter-counter-pre-‘false flag’ conspirators became confused when they learned from their ally, OBL, that the Taliban and Al Quada operatives in Afghanistan may not be ‘in place’ in time for the planned 9/11 sabotage. OBL wanted to attend the pre-‘false flag’ conference in Florida to escape the heat in Afghanistan, but, he didn’t want to get ‘caught’ in the U.S. using a fake Mexican passport right after the ‘false flag’ attacks. As it turned out, he could have easily gotten out since his entire family was allowed to return to Saudi Arabia the next day (even though there was a complete shut down of air transportation). I think he could have even used his frequent flyer miles although he may not have wanted to take the chance since he had a rather large ‘short’ position in the airline stocks.

I think you know the rest of the story (‘big oil’, Halliburton, global warming ‘deniers’, etc., etc.). The war for the hearts and minds of the American ‘sheeple’ continues. People like you and I must not falter in getting the ‘truth’ out.

4 days before 9/11, Cheney and Wolfowitz told him he would immediately be able to declare Martial law in FL. Of course they meant immediately after they pulled off the 9/11 attacks. Idiot Jeb thought they meant immediately right then.

Hate to have to debunk the debunkers! But the National Guard work UNDER law enforcement and civilian authorities and are always sent in to assist civil authorities! Until you get to Federal level when the secret service takes command.
