Catherine of Aragon married Henry in 1509 and was divorced in 1533 for failing to produce a male heir.
Henry married his second wife, Anne Boleyn in 1533 and had her beheaded in 1536 allegedly for adultery.
He then married Jane Seymour but she died a year later giving birth to the future King Edward VI.
He rested for a while before marrying Anne of Cleves in 1540 but he didn't like her looks so had the marriage annulled a few months later, without consummating it.
20 year-old Catherine Howard was next, also in 1540, but she was beheaded in 1542 for adultery with a young kinsman.
Catherine Parr was the sixth and last, marrying the King in 1544 and was with him til his death in 1547.

Six, actually: Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of Cleves, Catherine Howard (quickly annulled,) and Catherine Parr. As for their fates: divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived.
