What would be a good college or university to attend if I wanted to become a journalist for a big newspaper like the NY Times??

Columbia School of Journalism is probably the best, but I think just about any J school will do these days.

Journalism isn't really about what school you went to, it's a creative profession. If you can't write, you're not getting a job. Go to J school, but focus on your writing...

Well the faculty of information and documentation in the Lebanese University (lol) but you have to come.
I do believe that journalism is gained throughout experiance, not the kind of uni you are in. All you have to do is just be patient, have courage, and believe in your abilities, and you will reach the higher positions.
