I keep on telling myself 5 more minutes 5 more minutes

LOOK me in the eyes. "THE EYES" now Get off yahoo. Get off yahoo. Get off yahoo. Now you are one with the keyboard the keyboard is you you are the key board. Now I want you to tell the keyboard to get really hot, I mean so hot that you cannot stand it. There by now you should be off yahoo. If I get ten points from you I will know the hypnoses did not work.

Very slowly put your hand on the mouse. Now, carefully move it to the lower left hand corner of your screen. Gently click the "Start" button. Next, click on the option named "Turn off Computer". If it tries to lure you back by asking you again, be strong...click the "Turn Off" button. Take a second to catch your breath. You should be ready to stand and walk to the bathroom now. Take a pee. Go to bed.
No thanks necessary. Just assuming you made it away from your computer in one piece is reward enough for me.
