I just want there to be romance in it and maybe drama!!! (I dont care what kind of romance ^-^)

1. Shakugan no Shana= which by the way, ranked 5th on TV Asashi's top 100 anime of 2006... a very good anime if you love action, romance and comedy interwoven... a GREAT plot, i assure you...
2. Deathnote= also in the top 10 rank... although a bit gory... no, it is gory...^^... the plot rivals that of the show, CSI... a BRILLIANTLY thought out series...
3. Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge= a really funny story that includes the trasformation of an "ugly" girl into a real woman...^^ made me holler on the first episode...^^
4. Ouran Highschool Host Club= haruhi, a girl, is being manipulated by men who are members of a famous "host club"... this anime is CRACKA-licious...^^
5.The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya= ranked 3rd on the list... a funny story that involves a "truth" that would change your views on the world... nah, just kidding! ^^... really, the main character's way of manipulating others for her own discretion is HIGHLY amusing...^^ be careful of the episodes though... the order in w/c you should be watching it are as follows: 2, 3, 5, 10, 13, 14, 4, 7, 6, 8, 1, 12, 11 and 9... please follow this order if you don't want to be confused...^^
yup! that is the top 5... if you want, i can give you other anime's w/c fit the category of a romantic comedy:
love hina, ai yori aoshi, midori no hibi, onegai teacher, otome wa boku ni koi shiteru, ah! my goddess, ichigo 100%, chobits... and yeah... i'm tired of listing...my brain's about to BURST from all the recalling i've been doing...hehehe^^... that's it for now, ja-ne! ^^

Let's see...I suggest...
1. Ouran High School Host Club- Hilarious, and the faces are soo cute ^.^ You'll find yourself falling for the characters. Mainly romance and humor, but there is drama.
2. Death Note- The plot is pretty different, and dark, but the artwork is amazing the plot does have a little bit of romance, but the plot mainly focuses on Raito (Light) and how he wants to free the world of sin. Shinigami aren't just for Bleach anymore...
3. Air- It's only thirteen episodes, but the plot and story is amazing. This is romance, and even though the series is short, the character development is almost flawless. And the animation is also gorgeous.
4. Trinity Blood- The series takes place post-apocalypse, where humans who have a virus inside them that makes them crave blood (they're vampires, I guess) and the normal humans are pitted against each other. It's not the best anime out there, but it's still pretty good to watch.
5. Blood+ - It's also a vampire anime, but also pretty well done. Action, drama and a slight romance.
6. Fruits Basket - If you haven't seen this, and aren't able to see it, at least download the manga to experience the wonderfulness of this anime.
Well...I hope these keep you entertained for a while. I know I missed tons, but these are the first that came to my mind.

Try anything by Rumiko Takahashi (Ranma 1/2, The Return of Lum, Masion Ikouko).
You might also like Fushigi Yugi, Ai Yori Aoishi, Mahoromatic, Revolutionary Girl Utena or any of the "Shoujo" animes if you want romance.
An above poster mentioned Eureka Seven, which does have a beautiful love story, but is also massively violent.
