You have to call your cell phone provider and request to have internet capability added to your phone. Let them know how much you'll be using your phone for online services, if you'll be using it mainly for checking e-mail or if you would like to be able to sync your phone to your computer for instance if you have a blackberry phone and you mainly use it for business purposes. They have special packages, in order to provide they type of service specifically for your needs. Like t-mobile has a hot spot package.
