What was with that clip of Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto at the beginning? Is it like a teaser for future episodes or what..?

i think so, its just to get you hyped up to see if sasuke actually killed Naruto.

It is definately an episode teaser, if you read the manga, there is a lot that leads up to that part, and you will be both happy and sad. I am so glad the fillers are over, but I have read so much of the Manga that I am sure it will be a while before you see Sasuke again. But EVER episode from here until then will be interesting. ESPECIALLY, KAKASHI'S life story.

its just like a prologue of the part II...
but if you read the manga.. you will know that it will be future episode..
it will happen sooner or later...
